Additionally, as I’ve worked in a private clinic, Ive had the opportunity to support healthcare professionals in providing quality care to patients. During this experience, I developed a strong understanding of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care practices. I also assisted with administrative tasks, maintained accurate inventories and patient records, and ensured a smooth workflow within the clinic.

My passion for the medical field, combined with my customer service expertise, has fueled my interest in becoming a virtual assistant.
