For over 25 years, I have been actively involved in quality management, accreditation, and institutional development processes in the fields of health and higher education.
I have strong experience in national and international quality accreditation processes in universities, including health quality standards HQS, JCI accreditation, and national and international standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002, and ISO 27001.
In my roles as a quality coordinator in universities, I ensured the effective implementation of YÖKAK Higher Education Quality Assurance Council processes; I developed systematic approaches in many areas such as education quality, student satisfaction, stakeholder analysis, and internal evaluation reporting.
