So, a bit about me:
I used to work in a BPO company for 4 years but because I had to move to a different state which is 8 hours away, I had to leave. I started in this company as a customer service agent/sales where we help customers calling from Australia with their bookings airline and hotel. After a year of doing so, I got promoted as a quality analyst where I listen to agent's calls and provide feedback: recommendation and commendation that rhymed! Just 10 months after, I got promoted as a trainer where I train agents to be great customer service and sales agents.

Over time, I've realized that I am always dedicated about my work. On my free time, I always plan or research how I'll be better at my job.

I am also a responsible young adult who has bills to pay. So to say, I will keep being passionate about my work as long as I am compensated and paid on time.
