Eula Anne Matosinos

My name is Yolanda Matosiños and my phone name is Eula. I'm 25 years old with an Associate Degree in Computer Science and another Associate Degree in Communications which I basically finished while I was working in the call center field. I am an experienced customer service executive who used to work with numerous foreign based accounts such as Direct Energy Regulated Services Canada, Barclays Bank UK and DoorDash USA. I'm looking to get a part time job as a customer support or a virtual assistant. My listening, typing and phone handling skills are advanced and well trained given the time spent in the business process outsourcing industry. I've handled inbound and outbound calls as well as chat and email from my previous positions for the past five years. I'm flexible and resourceful which can be used to resolve a task or problem in a timely manner. I'm currently working as a Junior Project Researcher and Analyst based in Spain so I have spare time to get a new job at home.
