Hi I am Jessica Pwamaddi Clarkson, I am a travel consultant as well as a customer care representative. I studied Quantity Surveying in the university Ahamadu Bello University however, I delved into travels in 2017, I was put in the customer service department in November of the same year and have since been building experience in that field as customer satisfaction is paramount in our organization. There is never a one approach to handle customers because human beings are dynamic. I constantly keep learning and improving, taking courses like emotional intelligence, dealing different egostates etc. Being a b2b, we run a portal for travel agents, with over 1000 active agencies in our region, we deal with agencies who require demos, or assistance while using the portal, or for their clients while using the service itself. Product knowledge helps in the solutions I would proffer. I would usually critically analyse and give a solution thats best for both the organisation and the client.
