As a Certified International Register for Certificated Auditors IRCA passer with nearly a decade of experience in business process improvements, I have a profound understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System QMS, internal quality auditing, and anti red tape or streamlining of processes. In my current role as a Planning Officer III, I oversee our agencys QMS project implementation, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and customer requirements. I am dedicated to continual improvement, following the Plan Do Check Act PDCA cycle to drive success.
