I specialize in ensuring software quality, stability, and production readiness across OTT, IPTV, and networking platforms.
I have worked with major clients including Verizon Fios, Telus, Airtel, PLDT, and Converge, performing end to end testing, UI/UX validation, and performance checks. I am experienced in Agile and Scrum methodologies, test case design, execution, and bug tracking using JIRA.
My expertise includes network setup switches, VLANs, IPTV servers and troubleshooting using protocols like DHCP, PPPoE, DNS, and HTTP. I also create custom scripts for log analysis and automation support, and perform AI image annotation bounding box, classification, segmentation.
