About Me
A WFH mom seeking for another job opportunity where I can apply my expertise in the field of customer service and operations management.
I have a 10year BPO experience for a US telco brand. I started as a programming customer service representative, upskilled to supervisory and eventually to managerial calls. After 3years of taking calls, I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Analyst. I had the chance to handle several teams, assessed and provided feedback and coaching in order to make sure that the CSRs under my wing were following the guidelines set by out client and most importantly, provide customer satisfaction. After 6 years of being a Quality Assurance Analyst, I got promoted as a Quality Assurance Supervisor but only lasted for a year. I had to end my career in the BPO industry as I was offered a job from 288 Management where I am currently connected. I am currently the Head of Operations and Quality Assurance overseeing the day to day operations of 5 cities we are handling.
