Aiswarya Rani Pattnaik

Hello! My name is Aiswarya Rani Pattnaik and I’m from Berhampur, Odisha.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Botany and have completed my MBA in Marketing and Analytics from Pune Institute of Business Management. During my MBA, I had the opportunity to work with ABFRL Pantaloons as a Senior Department Manager for 1.9 years. In this role, I led the Kids, Non Apparel, and Ladies Ethnic and Western departments, overseeing a dynamic team of 15 members and contributing to 53% of departmental sales.
My key responsibilities included achieving sales targets, tracking KPIs, managing inventory, handling customers, team management, and telecalling during sales periods. I’m proud to share that I received recognition as the highest sales achiever, recording ₹5 lakh in a single day within just three months of joining.
Additionally, I have completed internships with Amul as a Market Research and New Product Placement Intern, and with Reliance Jio Mart as a B2B Account Manager Intern.
