I have about 30 years of experience in the field of Clinical Trials and Public Health which includes Studies on Epidemiology and Social Sciences. I have good experience in protocol development, sampling, design, data management and statistical analysis.
I am currently working as Director – Biostatistics in MakroCare Clinical Research Limited. Prior to MakroCare, I worked as Manager Biostatistics at PAREXEL International, Hyderabad. I was heading the department of Biostatistics and Programming Early Phase. My responsibilities included recruiting the right candidates for various positions like Biostatistical Programmers and Biostatisticians, resource allocation for various global projects, ensuring the quality of deliverables to the client at agreed time lines, provide statistical and programming guidance to the team members for various studies, etc.
Prior to PAREXEL International, I held the position of Associate Director Biostatistics, Dept. of Biostatistics at MakroCare.
