I am currently working for E Team Informatica India Pvt. Ltd as an Operations & Sales Support Executive. I believe my skills would work well in this role. I have extensive experience in sales support, working closely with sales teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. I am skilled in preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying sales trends to facilitate strategic decision making. My ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients has led to increased customer satisfaction and repeat business. I was involved in pre sales & post sales activities; mainly documentation, proposal drafting & calculations customizing the packages for the Sales Team, discount processing. Ensuring that the client’s information is monitored and updated in CRM, handling the CRM and also providing back end services for the clients requirements, updating and following up the database of clients for their subscriptions and renewals.
