I have 13 years experience in the administrative field, starting as admin assistant and worked myself up to administrative manager. Handling client relations, emails, scheduling, keeping business books, multi tasking and problem solving. In addition I have been manager of Rental portfolio for the last 7 years, improving skills such as mandate procurement, listing and advertising properties, application processing and approvals. Drafting of the necessary legal documents, e.g. application forms, leases, notices, letters and general correspondence, arranging quotes and payments for contractors, inspections and rapports. Client communication and problem solving. This also included account management with checking payments, invoices and managing arrears.
