I began working for BPO businesses in 2013, gaining five years of total job experience. My most recent position was as an operations team supervisor for a BPO company. Throughout my years in the workforce, I have mostly focused on customer service, technical support, communication, escalations, sales and billing, account management, team management, and leadership.
