I have a 13 years of experience in the BPO industry working for Quality Assurance and Customer Service.
In my stint in the industry, I had the opportunity to work on different accounts like orders/subscriptions, telecommunications and financial programs. I handled reports and data management. This includes collecting data and preparing reports and presentations for business reviews.
Aside from the QA tasks, I also developed projects that will have an impact on the operations KPIs. This entails collaboration with different departments like training and operations team.
Furthermore, facilitation of meetings or training classes was also part of the expectations from my role as a QA analyst/specialist.
