Hi, this is Kimberly, I have experience as a General virtual assistant and I was assigned to accounts payable and accounts receivable and doing data entry, managing email, keeping records such as invoices, acknowledgment, and credit notes, and posting payments through Dynamics NAV, and helping clients with their scheduled appointment. Ive handled customers who want to know about their bill, saved customers who are planning to cancel their service, did some basic troubleshooting for an after sales technical issue, provide an accurate solution to different types of concerns, assist and recommend product inquiries or gain sales. I also have experience using Zendesk as a ticketing system for our documentation and backlogs for follow up and escalations.
