Well for starters I have over 5 years of experience in the Call Center Industry. This has allowed me to master plenty of skills that come in handy regardless of the type of campaign I’m in. I’ve excelled in Outbound and Inbound Sales by picking up the verbal cues from the customer.

Moreover, I consider myself an Adept of rapport building by understanding the overall needs of the customer. This has allowed me to provide a very Satisfying Customer Experience. I’ve also performed as a Chat/E-mail Support Agent. It has been in this area where I put to good use some skills I acquired in my former Teacher Career 4 Years, explaning complex topics with ease.

Lastly, it is worth mentioning that I'm Bilingual Spanish & English and have a background in Computer Science thus allowing to integrate seamlessly with most Technologies used in the industry.
