When the covid 19 pandemic happened, he left his job and transitioned to a work from home setup as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company. After several months of working, he decided to step up his role, study new skills, and improve his ability in virtual assistance. CJ was hired by a virtual assistance agency based in the Philippines and landed a copywriter position, writing website copies and social media captions. Soon after adjusting himself to the industry and learning the fundamentals of digital marketing, he was promoted to become a social media manager.
