Leif Brian Margallo

Leif has been working in the outsourcing industry since 2006.

He started his career as a customer service representative of Teleflora Web Services based in the United States. Then after, he served as an Associate II agent at Callbox Inc., one of the largest outsourcing company in the Philippines. Being able to be independent, driven and competitive made him the companies employee of the month twice in a row.

Back in 2010 he also became a Team Leader and Accounts Manager in Business Solutions and managed a team of agents/contractors while having been the company clients direct point of contact. He monitored and supervised the agents and their activities in the team while being responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients assigned to him through consistent customer contact.

He founded Virtual Workforce Professionals believing that this way, he can help his fellow Filipino experts by being an instrument to boost their skills and expertise in a competitive ma
