I have worked in diverse areas in the field of IT that include problem resolution both from software and hardware standpoints. My experience allows me to bridge gaps and provide support to and between departments as well as allows me to aid in the problem resolution and education of customers.

My interest in researching and staying up to date with technology, tendencies, and standards allows me to improve workflow within multidisciplinary environments which in terms facilitates the successful completion of goals and projects. In my most recent post, I have led in the successful installation of fiber interface from its point of origin to diverse strategic points. This project primarily focused on the coordination of vendors who provided the hardware and the configuration of the software between the links.

I have also created applications focused on the company’s needs to be able to better manage different areas such as invoice registration, digital records storage, inventory control
