Im Otto, and Ive spent the last 15 years building a career in customer service leadership. Currently, I serve as the Director of Customer Services, where I manage a talented team of over 50 support agents and managers. My goal is always to deliver top notch customer service while ensuring our clients have a positive, seamless experience every step of the way.

Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for creating customer centric strategies that focus on efficiency, team development, and continuous improvement. I’ve worked across various industries—technology, retail, and telecommunications—leading projects that have enhanced support channels, reduced response times, and improved customer loyalty.

I’m especially interested in leveraging data and customer feedback to make informed decisions, optimize the customer journey, and introduce innovative solutions that set our service apart. It’s important to me that I don’t just meet customer expectations, but exceed them.
