Hi! My name is Ruby.  I have worked as a Business Process Outsourcing Industry for the over 11 years now.
I am responsible for onboarding new leaders with the minimum skills and core competencies that they need in their role. I also make sure that I keep track of the completion rate across all programs that I handle, to ensure accuracy with the number of team leaders who are certified and ready to handle a team effectively.
My coworkers have said that I am very detail oriented and I always make sure that I stay on top of things. I make a list of my to dos to ensure that I will not be missing out on the tasks I have to accomplish for the day and assess the level of prioritization I need to allot for each one of them.
I excel at assessing and evaluating business needs, customer service via inbound calling, chat support and email, and I also am a good team communicator which helps me provide top notch customer service.
