Hello there, I think you should know a little about me. I am a trained lawyer and a Bilingual/ native English speaker. I started out my career as a customer success manager/ virtual assistant during my undergraduate days and I realized how much I loved to take work load off people and also solve particular challenges. 
I moved here to scale my career through diverse organizations after 5 years of actively working in this field with the following skills:   data entry, excel ,  wordpress developing type of works  management skills,  content writing capability  maintain rules and confidentiality of the company  positive attitude towards complex situations  understanding ability of inconsistent atmosphere.
I am analytical, organized, self motivated and detail oriented worker. I have been certified with the course work on Virtual Assistance. 
I am an expert in using a variety of programs like MS Outlook and Office, Google Suite, Sheets, zendesk, freshdesk, calendly, hubspot, intercom and Google Docs.
