As a trained life coach and course presenter, and experienced empath! I write mostly about personal growth, emotional intelligence and life changing events marriage, divorce, death since all human beings are affected by these. Through my own experiences good and bad I had to do a lot of growing up and learning.
Personal growth is never without pain and suffering. Through my writing I hope to help others on this wonderful but sometimes scary and lonely journey.
