My name is Ramon Albert. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in hotel and restaurant management. I love to spend my free time with family, friends, and even just myself. Im also into fitness, and I love doing outdoor related activities like Frisbee, Basketball, and Obstacle course racing. These activities are keeping me motivated, resilient through challenging circumstances, whether it be work or personal life, and I always have a go getter attitude.
I am a detail oriented professional with extensive experience in dispatch coordination. My previous role as a Virtual Assistant, being an intake coordinator, has been committed to providing excellent and accurate service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively by scheduling and dispatching representatives and coordinating appointments to optimize response times. Very similar role to appointment setting, but more on handling inbound/outbound calls.
