Currently, I hold the position of Campus Senior Coordinator, where my focus lies in overseeing the end to end progression of candidates. In this capacity, I also handled weekly reporting duties to the office for the submission of 201 files and attended to other employee concerns, collaborating closely with the payroll team. Additionally, I was responsible for collecting and verifying Daily Time Records DTR, ensuring all forms were properly approved and signed by area supervisors. This involved calculating total hours worked by employees, analyzing time in and out for any deviations such as undertime, overtime, or tardiness, accurately encoding total hours into the system, and addressing payroll inquiries.
