I have over 10 years of experience in face to face customer service as a sales person, where I developed strong technical skills and a deep understanding of various sales processes. During this time, I honed my ability to solve problems under pressure and excel in teamwork, contributing significantly to my team’s success.
After the birth of my youngest child, I transitioned to a contact center role for one month. This experience broadened my customer service skills and allowed me to adapt to a new work environment. However, due to the end of the work from home setup and my need to continue breastfeeding, I made the decision to resign.
