I have 2 yrs experience in sales in apparel and I enjoy assisting and helping them with their needs and giving them a good service, and I also a cashier in a supermarket which we are operations the POS system, issuing receipt, checking all the transactions form opening of the store until it close I’m a hard worker and eager to learn more skills, I have 2 yrs experience in a customer service the 1st year is our LOB is under the pre enrollment department which we are handling calls for those customer who would liked to avail an insurance, 2nd year is our LOB is member services which we are the one who explaining their benefits and eligibility and if they have also inquiries about their medications and claims but we have a limited access for this inquiries
