My name is Neenu Merin, and I am from Kochi. I am an MBA graduate specializing in HR and Marketing with over four years of experience in the HR domain.

I began my career in 2018 at Mindlabs System, where I worked as an HR Administrator. My responsibilities included front office administration, maintaining employee documents, handling joining and exit formalities, organizing engagement activities, answering calls and emails, coordinating employee work anniversaries and birthdays, assisting with recruitment, purchasing office stationery and cafeteria items, and managing office systems. I worked there for almost three years.
