I am a NOC Support Administrator at the biggest Fibre company in South Africa, Dark Fibre Africa. I have a very strong Technical Support experience and knowledge. In my current position I assist clients with their queries via calls, whatsapp and emails. My duties include but not limited to;
Handle more than 60 incidents a day.
Log faults for clients
Responds WhatsApp and emails.
Provide seamless handovers to the night time support team
