Crystal Lyn Era

Good morning! My name is Crystal Lyn Era, I'm currently residing in Manila, Philippines. I'm 27 years old. I've studied BS in Accountancy for just 2 years, I did not finish my studies because lack of financial needs.

I've been working in a BPO industry for more than 3 years, I already handle a lot of concern of the customer. I handle Tel Communication account, and also E-Commerce based in US. As a Customer Representative I learn a lot of things. Like, how to give satisfactory services to the customer, how to make them feel that I am here to listen and feel them that they already talking to the right person.

My hobbies are listening to music and read some news and article. And also, I really want to view my Facebook account everyday, to see some updates in our country and also what's happening in this world. I really love to help people, that's why I decided to work in a BPO industry, on that simple thing I can help more people. It's my passion. I can easily adopt some changes.
