and im 31 .
im working in a food industry for a total of 5yrs .
2 yrs as a supervisor in Philippines and coming 2 yrs here at Saudi
as a 2yrs supervisor im not just a supervisor but im also working as a staff aside from paperworks ,, maintaining or doing morr than my company will expect me im still doing the cooking ... cashier taking orders preparing anr cleaning .
same here in my current work i can do multiple task im taking orders in speaker .. cashier and preparing the order .
in terms of skills .multi tasking is my number 1 .
u will encounter a lot of complaints actually small or big complaints but first u need to listen whats complain . Apologize either its wrong or not . solve the problem .dont try ... solve it if u cant ask an assistant to ur supervisor . lastly u need to say thank u to the guest .not bcz ur right or u solve the problem but .. u say thanks coz they give u a chance to solve the problem
