About Me
I started my career in 2013 in real estate field as a Sales executive where I was focused on selling vertical projects condominium within Metro area. As starter, I learned so much about basic Sales and different methodologies on making a Sales. Focusing on customer needs made me a consistent month over month performer through digital and field strategies. On a rough estimation, I made around 3 vertical units a month where a condo unit would cost around 2 3 million pesos.
At my early 20s, there was only one thing in my mind; how to expand my skills by exploring new opportunities. My openness on learning landed my career in BPO in 2015.
Like all starters, I began my career as a level 1 technical customer experience support focusing on ticketing, troubleshooting and resolving various top user issues. This introduced me to different CRM tools like Salesforce.
