I have gained extensive interdisciplinary research experience in public health and biomedical sciences, focusing specifically on the epidemiology of chronic diseases and metabolic disorders, such as diabetes mellitus DM and cancer. I have contributed significantly to the field with over fifty peer reviewed publications, serving as first, last, and co author.
In addition my research, I am an academic editor for the journal *Diabetes and Metabolism Journal*, an associate editor for *Frontiers in Clinical Diabetes and Healthcare*, and a peer reviewer for various publications, including *PLOS ONE*, *BMC Public Health*, *Heliyon*, *World Journal of Diabetes*, and *BMC Womens Health*, among others.
Throughout my academic career, I have developed skills in big data management and tool development. I am proficient in STATA and SPSS and has intermediate knowledge of R.
