With 5 years of experience as a Customer Service/Technical Representative I've managed to hone skills such as patience, empathy, positive attitude, time management, multi-tasking and being calm under pressure.

I am always mindful with my individual performance. Being recognized as a Top Performer, I had been promoted to an SME Subject Matter Expert, with the tasks such as real time monitoring the business' performance, doing business analysis reports, presenting data to the clients, handling a team and doing a performance coaching to an agent. These tasks became the skills I acquired.
