Hello,
My name is Juan Carlos Quan, I have more than 5 years of experience in customer service, technical support, sales, live chat and retention. I have worked for some well known call centers worldwide such as Sykes, Teleperformance, Stream Global Services and Focus Services for campaigns also well-known like Expedia, Fedex, Bell Canada, AT&T, US Cellular and others. I am a native Spanish speaker from El Salvador San Salvador and I am 100% fluent in English.
