About Me
I worked in Human Resource Recruitment for 1 year and 9 months. I was responsible for Recruitment such as giving assessments or initial exams, interviewing, reviewing resumes, and maintaining the Applicant tracking system.
Aside from working in HR, I also worked in Customer Support for 2 years and 3 months where I further hone my communication skills. As I transition into being an HR to Customer Support, it has given me an advantage in how well to understand and listen not just to employees, but working in the operations gave me the patience to understand the customers side as well. I have managed to work both on the administrative side as well as inside the operations which I believe makes me qualified for this position. I am a fast learner and if youre looking for a person who you can train for a short period of time, who can meet the deadlines given, and hardworking Im the right person for the job.
