Hello, my name is Awaye Olayinka and I am an office administrator at polysmart packaging limited I have been working in this role for 3 years and 6 months and I enjoy being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
As an office administrator, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records and files, ordering supplies, and handling invoices and payments. I also assist the senior management with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
I have excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. I am proficient in using various software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
