About Me
Hello! This is Maryam Grace Macahia. I'm a graduate of Tourism and Hospitality management and I love talking to different kinds of people. I was able to work in a Japanese Travel and tours agency wherein I talked to hotels and ask for room reservations and do some administrative reports like data entry and minutes of the meeting. After that I started working in a call center setting, I even worked at JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Fraud analyst for 2 years and the last company I had outside was an online money remittance company as a fraud supervisor wherein I handled escalations coming from our call center. I can say I'm flexible and very keen to details since I've been in this industry for 4 or 5 years. On the other hand, as a freelancer, I also worked as a customer service representative and a virtual assistant in property management based in Boston. With these experiences, I'll do my best to have a great contribution to the company.
