About Me
I have experience as Administrator in a NanoTechnology based in California as Remote Administrator, daily tasked was:
-Send Invoices to customers, follow up and collect funds.
-Update our CRM with inventory information.
-Prepare system quotes. Create purchase orders for parts and place an order.
-Enter customer service calls into Our CRM, Communicate with customers on Status of repairs,
-Create customer service quotes. Shipping – Domestic and International.
-Schedule Pick-ups, Create-Print: Shipping Labels, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists.
-Making Newsletter using Constant Contacts to schedule in different Social Media platform
I'm also a VA/Personal Assistant before at Tiedeman Globe Inc. based in Arizona. I do the Administrative task such as sending emails to our customer, booking a flight for my Boss and his family, Data Entry, researching company and their details as our future customers, editing contacts, and calendar.managing emails, and use Asana for daily task.
