Harikrishna Puranik

I would like to briefly introduce myself, a Chartered Accountant by education, a finance expert and a management professional. I have mostly worked with European companies operating in India for over a decade, helping them manage their finances and compliances as well as setting up and implementing best practices.
Apart from being good with numbers, I am also credited with bringing in substantial transformation in the organisations I have worked with. Brining in structure, understanding intercultural diversity and translating it into local entity customs, managing people, undertaking strategic projects and handling diverse teams have been my forte of work. Since I have worked with these companies during their Start up stage/Post acquisition stages, I had the opportunity to set up systems and process in the overall organisation.
I have handled portfolios of general management, finance, commercials, import export, taxation & compliance, human resources and information tech.
