I’m a dedicated and detail oriented Virtual Assistant and Administrative Professional with over 15 years of experience across the BPO, customer service, reporting, and virtual support industries. My career began in the healthcare customer service space, and over the years I’ve grown into roles such as Operations Supervisor, Reporting Specialist, and most recently, Virtual Assistant.
In my past roles, I’ve worked closely with U.S. based clients, supporting operations through data entry, email management, invoicing, CRM updates, client communication, and reporting. I’m highly proficient with tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, Tableau, HubSpot, Xero, and Roller—and I’m confident learning new platforms quickly.
One achievement I’m proud of was recommending and implementing Tableau as a reporting tool for a client, which greatly improved their data visualization and efficiency in tracking KPIs.
