My career began in the healthcare customer service space, and over the years I’ve grown into roles such as Operations Supervisor, Reporting Specialist, and most recently, Virtual Assistant.

One achievement I’m proud of was recommending and implementing Tableau as a reporting tool for a client, which greatly improved their data visualization and efficiency in tracking KPIs.
