Hi, my name is Katrina and I am 28 years of age. I have worked in the BPO industry for a year and 7 months with 2 different companies. The first company I worked with was working on site with TaskUs I stayed there for almost 2 months way back in 2021 and the account I handled was for international online banking. My role is to take inbound calls from members who want to make updates to their accounts, inquiries about their direct deposit, refunds, requesting/ canceling debit/ credit cards, disputes, opening/ reopening, and cancelation of their accounts.
