About Me
I have been a customer service representative for almost 6 years now and have been I started as a phone support for one of the largest technological company which is Microsoft. After a year and a half, I became a support for an e commerce platform named Shopify where we handle phone calls, chats with 3 concurrencies, and emails. It is B2B as the customers we are speaking with are business owners which helped train me to converse in a professional manner. The best part of being a customer service representative is the customers gratefulness whenever you help them resolve their concerns.
