I am Joshua Timothy Ramos, an HR professional based in Bogotá, Colombia, with international experience in recruitment, onboarding, and people management. In the language services industry, I manage the recruitment and onboarding process for language trainers and team members. Previously, in the aviation industry, I onboarded over 300 new hires monthly, achieving 100% compliance with procedures using systems like Taleo and Oracle.

My experience spans the landscaping and tech industries, where I handled HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. I have improved onboarding processes and managed virtual assistant hiring in the legal tech sector.
