About Me

I have bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Addis Ababa University in 2005 and currently postgraduate student in Computer Science from Bahir Dar University weekend program. I have worked in the teaching for 5 years and more than 7 years in the financial industry for more than 13 years while staying on top of the ever changing technological advancements. In my prior position, my interpersonal and communication skills came in when I was tasked with training employees and support staff on the management system and all operating systems the company utilized. I am also able to determine and resolve end user hardware and software issues and can troubleshoot and resolve all peripheral equipment issues.
In addition to this I have good experience in online jobs at mystery shopping. I responsible for determining the quality of products, customer service, and store environments while posing as ordinary customers.
