About Me
Hi my is Santiago Im a qualified engineering drafter and HVAC estimator with more than five years of experience delivering accurate, efficient, and practical take‑offs. I work confidently with Bluebeam Revu for PDF drawings, and when Revit files are available, I can produce highly accurate quantities directly from the model.
To support my estimating workflow, I have built my own Excel systems that allow fast adjustments to pricing, labour, and productivity factors. These spreadsheets are fully customised by me, and I understand Excel at an advanced level.
My background also includes several years on site as a 1st‑class duct installer on major Sydney projects — hospitals, commercial developments, and government buildings. This hands‑on experience gives me a strong understanding of constructability, installation methods, and realistic labour allowances.
I am available for remote work and happy to attend an interview whenever suits your team.
