About Me
I am a Senior ServiceNow developer who has more than 5 years working in the IT field. firstly with the Web Developer and then started ServiceNow since July 2021, until now with the same company.
During the time in ServiceNow position, I have done lots of projects under a role of initially a Developer and later on take the role of Servicenow Consultant where mainly I communicate directly with foreign customers like in UK, US to clarify their requirements then turn them into technical solutions for my VN developer to work on. The work mostly focus in ITSM module, HRSD module, Mobile development and integrations, service portal, agent workspace, all kind of stuff.
