About Me
I started journaling as a young girl and by the time I was in fifth grade, I had made my English teacher giggle from a few handwritten pages about a boy staring at a girl at a traffic light. I wrote for my high school paper and later obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a major in English. With a family background deeply rooted in Business, I had very little support to pursue creative writing. My literary skills were therefore subjected to a classroom and later in an office—writing, proofreading and editing my AD’s run-on sentences and poorly constructed emails. Whenever I can get away from the meandering corporate prison, I write fiction and have come close to 70,000 words of romance, parenting, and stories of Hollywood and Entertainment—all an outpour from working 8 years in the industry. Writing will never leave me, I reckon, and the more I write, the less torment I am in.
