About Me
I've been with the BPO Industry for 4 years. I was trained at a large Call Center in the Philippines for more than a year assisting Australian customers and almost 3 years as a Quality Analyst. I also worked as a Bank Officer wherein I effectively identify and resolve complex financial issues. Currently, I am working as Customer Service Representative on a US Telco on which the main task is providing a world-class service to customers via chat. My experiences range from analyzing internal and external reports and data and other admin tasks such as providing insights out of company performance’s data, doing reports using MS tools to presenting my gathered insights to clients. Knowledgeable and innovative with sales.I have broad-based background that encompasses exceptional work ethic and commitment to organizational objectives. I have good understanding of general business processes, ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex of documents.
