About Me
I worked as an HR Recruitment Assistant for 7 months. My duties and responsibilities as staff are conducting interviews for our walk in applicants. Also, I conducted a call interview via phone since we had a client located away from our office. I also do the filing, and were the one who helps the payroll assistant distribute our employees salary.
I did have experience also as a Virtual Assistant with an Indian boss. He let me do some virtual work and techy tasks. He gave me a task where I gathered all our prospect clients information put it in Google Sheets.
I have also been an Admin Assistant in a Chinese company; I did clerical work to ensure that an office runs smoothly and efficiently. It involves the day to day administrative tasks of an office, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, answering applicants emails, handling company social media platforms.
